Hey @TD_Insurance we moved and updated auto policy a few months ago. You guys stopped withdrawing and we didn't notice until you sent a very strongly worded letter TO OUR OLD ADDRESS about it AND disabled my online login??? So I have to wait 1-2 hours on hold for your mistake?!
