Is damage scaling still in pvp in shadowlands or was that removed?

Thanks for checking out the BC video. I know it's a bit premature but it's also my way of dealing with excitement. Above all I hope that shines through. I think next video might be a wrap-up/review of classic now that naxx is out, and after that a shadowlands vid.
